These terms are the agreement between you and TrackRecruits when you use trackrecruits.com. Please read them. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for everything sent from your account.

TrackRecruits helps you build a recruiting profile, write an introduction email, find college track and field coaches, and send them personalized emails, one coach at a time. It organizes coaches' replies in your Messages.

Only enter marks, times, honors, grades and other details that are true and your own. Coaches rely on them. Don't create an account for someone else without their permission, and don't pretend to be someone you're not.

Your introduction is written from your profile, sometimes with the help of AI. Always read your email before you send it. You're responsible for every message sent from your account, and nothing is ever sent without you choosing to send it.

You're also responsible for following the recruiting rules that apply to you, such as NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA rules. TrackRecruits is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any college or university.

Use TrackRecruits only to contact coaches about your own recruiting. Don't:

  • send spam, repeated unwanted messages, or messages that harass, threaten or mislead a coach;
  • send content that is hateful, sexual, violent or illegal;
  • copy the coach directory or other parts of the service, use bots, or try to get around limits (like the daily sending limit) or security;
  • use someone else's account.

We may limit, pause or close accounts that break these rules.

Coach details come from colleges' official athletics websites and may change or be out of date. We work to keep them accurate but can't guarantee that every address is correct or that a coach will read or answer your email.

TrackRecruits helps you reach coaches. It can't promise a reply, a roster spot, a scholarship, or any recruiting outcome.

You own your profile, photo, messages and the other content you add. You give TrackRecruits permission to store, display and send that content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to send your introduction to the coaches you choose or to show your public profile while it's turned on.

Free and Pro. A free account lets you build your profile, browse schools, see coaches and preview your introduction. Emailing coaches for the first time requires Pro: $99 a month, or $497 a year, plus any tax that applies. The price is always shown before you pay.

Daily limits. Pro lets you send up to 20 new introduction emails a day, to coaches at up to 5 new schools a day. Replies to coaches and follow-ups don't count. These limits protect coaches' inboxes and may change; we'll tell you if they do.

Automatic renewal. Pro renews automatically each month or year, and the card on file is charged, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. After that you can still read and answer coaches in conversations you've started, but you can't start new outreach. Deleting your account also cancels Pro.

14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, email support@trackrecruits.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. After that, payments aren't refunded for the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll try the card again for a short time. If it still fails, the account returns to the free plan.

Who pays. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase or give you permission to. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Price changes. If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.

TrackRecruits is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running, accurate and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, TrackRecruits is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by coaches, schools or athletic associations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be changed by agreement.

We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change is important, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use TrackRecruits after that means you accept the updated terms.
